My Rates for Photography

If you'd like to hire me for your photography needs, don't hesitate to contact me to discuss a photography session. I work with my clients to give them the images they envision and I have the flexibility to adjust to each individual's needs. All photography sessions are different, and everyone expects something personal and unique. I strive to achieve this in my work, whether in the studio or out on location. Engagement Session

Package A: ($499) (recommended for an engagement photo session)
Including:
2 hours photo shooting service on location
About 150 high resolution digital images on a DVD/CD
20 prints of post-edited photos in 4in by 6in size
5 enlargements of post-edited photos in 8in by 10in size (Similar to A4 size)
1 super enlargement of post-edited photo in 16in by 20in size

Wedding Day Photo Session

Package A: ($1499)
Including:
1: up to 8 hours photo shooting service on location during the wedding day. ($200 per hour for each additional hour required)
2: About 300 high resolution digital images on a DVD/CD
3: 10 selected photos (out of 300) for post-editing in photoshop (edited image in CD)
4: 100 x 4 by 6 inch high quality prints
5: An online album link which will allow wedding guests to download original size high resolution photo and directly order printed photos at very reasonable cost

Package B: ($1999)
Including:
1: up to 10 hours photo shooting service on location during the wedding day. ($200 per hour for each additional hour required)
2: About 500 high resolution digital images on a DVD/CD
3: 30 selected photos (out of 500) for post-editing in photoshop (edited image in CD)
4: 200 x 4 by 6 inch high quality prints
5: A press printed book (a real photo book, not just an album, 8.5 in by 11 in, horizontal, 30 sides. $300 vaule)
6: An online album link which will allow wedding guests to download original size high resolution photo and directly order printed photos at very reasonable cost
7: 3 super enlargement of post-edited photo in 16in by 20in size ($100 value)

Package C: ($2499)
Including:
1: up to 12 hours photo shooting service on location during the wedding day. ($200 per hour for each additional hour required)
2: About 800 high resolution digital images on a DVD/CD
3: 50 selected photos (out of 800) for post-editing in photoshop (edited image in CD)
4: 400 x 4 by 6 inch high quality prints
5: A press printed book (a real photo book, not just an album, 8.5 in by 11 in, horizontal, 50 sides. $400 vaule)
6: An online album link which will allow wedding guests to download original size high resolution photo and directly order printed photos at very reasonable cost
7: 10 super enlargement of post-edited photo in 16in by 20in size ($300 value)

Parties and Events

Package A: ($350) (recommend for events that lasted for about 2 hours)
Including:
1: up to 2 hours photo shooting service on location during the event. ($175 per hour for each additional hour required)
2: About 150 high resolution digital images will be provided
3: 10 (out of 150) selected photos with professional post processing (color, contrast, basic airbrushing)

Package B: ($500) (recommend for events that lasted for about 3 hours)
Including:
1: up to 3 hours photo shooting service on location during the event. ($175 per hour for each additional hour required)
2: About 250 high resolution digital images will be provided
3: 20 (out of 250) selected photos with professional post processing (color, contrast, basic airbrushing)

Package C: ($750) (recommend for events that lasted for about 5 hours and more)
Including:
1: up to 5 hours photo shooting service on location during the event. ($175 per hour for each additional hour required or as agreed on)
2: About 400 high resolution digital images will be provided
3: 40 (out of 400) selected photos with professional post processing (color, contrast, basic airbrushing)

If your party lasted longer than 5 hours, please contact me for consultation.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to book a shoot. The remaining balance is due in the beginning of the shoot. If needed, you may transfer your deposit and reschedule to a future date only if I’m notified at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit can be paid via Cash, Paypal, or Credit Card payment through PayPal.

Unless I have an established relationship with you as a friend/promoter/venue, the balance of my fee is due when I arrive at the beginning of the night, not at the end. This is not negotiable. This policy is in place because unfortunately not all promoters conduct business as professionals.

Photos are typically processed & ready to be posted in a gallery within 2 to 3 days. I can provide a basic Flickr type photo slideshow to use on your own website at no extra charge. A gallery and review of your party may also appear on my website and blog, another great source for marketing future events.

TFCD and TFP about Model Shooting

I am a photographer and not a client, so I do not pay for model shooting. I like to meet up with new people and I like to work with new faces. I do TFCD and TFP frequently when I encounter some potential models. I understand this is still a trade in essence. Usually I will provide the models with the untouched original photos in two weeks. Most of the time I will do some touch up work on the pictures I took. And I would love to sent you the touch up works after, but this is not a guarantee (I may have other works so I do not have the time to do the touch up).

Besides getting paid for my professional shooting work, I do most of the shooting for personal enjoyment and to expand my portfolio. If I am doing model portfolio shooting with you through TFCD and TFP, generally I do not consider selling any of your photos to outsiders. But I would still like to have a model release form signed before I provide you the photos and prints.
